But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, with men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Hi and Thanks for stopping by!

Please feel free to tell me what’s on your mind. I enjoy hearing from you. And, if I don’t respond right away,  forgive me, know that I’m busy with a gazillion projects, all for the LORD.  However, I will get to you as soon as I’m able.  But, the fact that you found my site brings me blessings indeed.  We all know nothing is accidental…there is a reason perhaps that you’ve landed here. Or  maybe it was intentional, whatever the reason, I’m delighted.

I hope you take the time to read the devotionals written by the guest writers, I’m sure they’ll inspire and bring you joy.  There are so many talented writers out there and I’m blessed to have them featured on this site.  As for my devotionals they’re straight from my heart to His, so I hope they’ll bless you too.

Also, if you are in need of “prayer” please make your request known under the “Prayer Request” tab. Intercessory prayer is powerful in Jesus’ name!

So, whether it’s a request for yourself, family member, friend or acquaintance…know we’re all brothers and sisters in the LORD and we will stand in prayer together.

God Bless you,

and may you always walk in the light~

Then a voice came from heaven,
“You are My beloved Son,
in whom I am well pleased.”

    Hi Camille,

      Hello Edmond,

It’s my pleasure to read the articles and devotionals, so “thank you!”

To answer your question, “No I am not on Facebook” — although, there is another author, who recently took on the
C D SWANSON name, and she is on there. I assure you, that is “not me.”

Perhaps in the future, I may join Facebook. But for now…this devotional website is the place I put all my energy and focus into.

      God bless and stay safe~

    Hi,
Just want to share my grateful feelings. I so appreciate your feedback on my writings on the faithwriters website. I believe with all of my heart and soul that the Lord speaks to us – leading and guiding us to Him if we but listen for His voice.

    Hi Camille,

I found your website through faithwriters.com. I am new to the faithwriters family. (Actually I am still a silver member with intentions of upgrading soon.) Your website is beautiful and inspirational. I would like to add a link to my blog, if you would permit (and if I can figure out how to do it) that would allow my readers to visit your website.

My blog currently is comprised of whatever thoughts or events occupy my mind on any given day. Some of my posts are silly and some are more of a devotional nature.

Regardless, my goal is, as you stated in your welcome page, to reach as many people for the gospel of Christ, as well as encourage and inspire the believer. Thank you for what you do! You are making an eternal impact on so many lives!

    God Bless,
    Danae

Of course you may use a “link” to my site. It’s always a good day when others join in the goal of “spreading His word.”

I look forward to reading future entries of yours at FW and on your blog.

      Keep shining His light,

      God bless~

    Dear CD,
Thanks so much for reviewing my article on FaithWriters. I’ve been having some computer problems, because of it I couldn’t respond to you. I love your website, you are a gifted writer. You are an encouragement to me as a writer.

Thank you so much Barbara for your kind words, and for stopping by. This website is “for His glory” and I rejoice when others feel blessed by it.

It seems the good Lord, our Father has given us each the “gift of writing.” I enjoy your work as well, and it’s clearly from your heart that you speak and touch others.

I just re- read your earlier comment again and misunderstood, “I just read Dear God With Love”–I had thought you meant THIS website. I didn’t realize you meant my book! Sorry I didn’t understand it initially. However, thank you so much for reading it, I’m honored that you enjoyed it. All the Glory and honor and praise go to Him…without Him, none of this would be possible.

Please come by again. In the meantime, I look forward to seeing more of your posts.

      Blessings in His precious name~

    Camille,
I just read your very beautiful story on FW. You are so sweet and so talented. I am pretty sure by the way you had the asterisk’s separating the story from your note at the bottom that the facilitator that night was you. How wonderful that you were there for her at a time when she so desperately needed it (God is always so faithful to us) as well as the way He used her need to start something that was sorely needed by so many. Congratulations on your ranking #1 in your level and #4 overall. Thank you also for all of your encouraging notes to me while I was at FW. I am editing now, but not so much writing anymore. I am spending some more time with my son which is much needed for him as well as time just praying for others. These are times of refreshing for you, and I know you have many more story’s in you, this is really only the beginning, I believe. By His love and grace, Alicia

    Dear Camille,

I used to hate being woke up at 3:00 a.m. but now I have a new reason to love it. This also is my first time to view and read your blogs{at 3:00 a.m.} and what a joyful experience it has become! It is a “coming home party” experience{a family I didn’t know I had} to plug into your world. I am able to take home with me; meat, bread, and desserts of God’s word to refresh, nourish, and stimulate my mind, body, and spirit. The Holy Spirit can wake me up at 3:00 a.m. ANYTIME to pig out.

I’ve had the awesome oppertunity of you responding to writing concerns I have had and you are like having a personal Holy Ghost trainer at my side. Your humble and encouraging support are only a gentle “squeeze” of the juicey fruits of the Spirit that you bear.

    God bless my new friend,
    Mary

      Praying For Money

The week before Christmas our country church went caroling with about 25 singers of all ages. We visited two Senior Rest Centers and two homebound homes of church members. It was a blessing to sing and spread the Christmas cheer as we gave them a hand shake and a Merry Christmas greeting.

One Christian gentleman about my age of 84, at a senior center, I asked if he prayed to the Lord for his blessings? He said, “I have always prayed to the Lord for money but He has never given me any, Then I realized he was Jewish.” I told him that I was part Jewish and the Lord daily answers my prayers.

I said the Lord said he will answer our prayers for needs but may not answer prayers for wants. As we read in Matthew 21:22, ” Whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, thou shall receive.” When we pray for money we may need to be more detailed in our needs.

If we pray to our living, gracious and loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for money to supply our food, clothing, or shelter, or a job, or a physical health blessing, or spiritual needs, the Lord will know where we will spend the money. The answer may not be what we want or expected. However, the Lord who holds the roadmap of our earthly life know what is best for us as we serve him.

The gentleman praying for money may not even see an answer to prayer when the Lord has answered and blessed him. He resides in a comfortable senior center where the Lord has provided all his needs of food, clothing, shelter and also given him a physical blessing of a long life. I pray he sees the blessings and now is praising the Lord everyday as he seeks the Lord daily in his prayers.

Trust we will be in the church of our choice this Sunday as we worship and praise the Lord.

      God Bless America
